The ground floor of the house near Krakow was divided into several concrete elements of various sizes, on which the upper floor was placed with a contrasting finish made of natural facade boards.
On the ground floor there is a living area, including a living room, kitchen, pantry, and office. There is also a technical part, including a wardrobe, a utility room and a garage. The living room is functionally connected to the external terrace on the south side. In the attic there are four bedrooms, a laundry room and two bathrooms. There are utility terraces above the garage and the pantry.
