We always divide the project into basically four stages. Each takes into account a different design element. You can make corrections a total of four times during this time.
At this stage, we create a project based on information from the client and a visit to the investment site. It includes a plot development plan. We model outdoor areas. We make visualizations that allow you to see the expected effect. At this stage, you can enter comments twice.
External areas may have a fence depending on the type of investment. Stage B focuses on this. We create a comprehensive design that includes objects such as gates, entrance gates, a mailbox and a garbage shelter. We make drawings: projections, sections and views. We design the structure and foundations of the fence. We also create visualizations. Corrections can also be made at this stage. We attach a list of finishing materials to the project. We also design the surface – it can be made of paving stones or more original.
In the third stage, we design plantings. We select plants and combine them. We create a design for irrigation and external flower pots. We also add drawings in the form of projections.
In the fourth stage, we focus on small architecture – objects such as benches, roofs and lighting. We design the terrace, garden furniture, lighting and roofing along with the structure. We locate electrical points with power sockets. We take into account access to and from the building. We present a list of finishing materials and drawings (projections, sections and details).
After completing the project, we attach the documentation needed to obtain a possible building permit. Optionally, we can offer author’s supervision, from arrangements and consultations to presence at the investment site. After completing the design work, we can consult with the investor or contractor, also to determine substitutes for finishing materials.

The composition of the project depends on the specific investment. We comprehensively design outdoor areas, which is why we create a planting design, communication layout, fencing design, pavement design, garbage shelters, small architecture and lighting. For each of these elements, we create projections, drawings and details, as well as a list of materials.
Outdoor areas require an aesthetic, well-thought-out concept. Its creation takes about two-three weeks for each stage of the project.
We evaluate each project individually. Outdoor areas vary in surface area, which is a key factor influencing the cost of the project. The scope of work is important and may vary depending on the specific investment. The complexity and specific conditions of the terrain may also affect the price.
