Vertical Layout House is a home located in a green and quiet, peaceful area of Radom. The two-story structure with a flat roof fits perfectly into a setting surrounded by tall trees, which define the vertical accents of the design. The building’s façade combines dark ceramic sinter in a rust-graphite shade with light sand-colored sinter, as well as aluminum panels in a walnut tone, along with glass and metal sheets in subdued brown hues, creating an elegant and cohesive composition. At the center of the house, there is a glazed garage that showcases a collector’s car, while the spacious living room, extending over two floors, opens onto the garden through large glazed surfaces. Near the terrace, there is a swimming pool with a counter-current system, ideal for relaxation and recreation. The entire project has been designed to emphasize natural spaciousness and a strong connection with the surroundings, where the vertical lines of the façade echo the trees growing on the plot, creating a harmonious and modern living space.
