URBAN WOODLAND HOUSE

Year: 2024

Area: 260 m²

This unique house project in Warsaw harmoniously combines modernity with nature. The entire design consists of two wooden volumes connected by a bright frame finished with gray brick, creating a cohesive and elegant composition. The volume clad in wooden boards, topped with a flat roof, houses the private zone. It includes children’s rooms, a master bedroom, and a guest room. This part of the house ensures privacy and tranquility, offering ideal conditions for relaxation. The second volume, finished with wooden shingles and covered by a gabled roof, forms the heart of the home. Inside, there is a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room. In the living room, three dormer windows have been designed to let in plenty of natural light and provide beautiful views of the surrounding greenery. The bright frame finished with gray brick connects both volumes, creating an elegant contrast with the wooden elements. The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful, and green area of Warsaw, close to a forest, and the preserved existing trees on the plot add charm and a natural character to the surroundings.
