A designed housing estate of small houses with three bedrooms in Rudawa near Krakow. Planned 4 two-story buildings without basements, with one entrance to the fenced estate.
Two buildings were rotated 90 degrees, thus obtaining a diversified estate plan. The ground floor is the living area consisting of a living room, kitchen, small office, bathroom and boiler room. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom. In accordance with local regulations, the buildings have anthracite-colored gable roofs, and the walls are covered with white plaster. The wood used on the terraces and sliding facade panels give the architecture a cozy look.
