Year: 2018
Area: 600m²
Złota 44, located in the very center of Warsaw, measures 192 meters and is currently the tallest apartment building in the EU. The building was designed by Daniel Libeskind’s studio, so the interior required a unique approach to highlight the building’s unusual structure. We were asked to present a visualization of a unique penthouse with an area of 600 m². It is located on the top three floors of Złota 44 and offers a breathtaking view of Warsaw.
The fifty-second floor is occupied by living space, while the next floor is dedicated to an office, and the top floor (54) is home to the master bedroom. We decided on a modern look, paying attention to the characteristic structure of this multi-story space. The key elements are: exquisite materials, lots of greenery (contrasting with the city view outside the windows) and spectacular lamps hanging six meters from the ceiling. Openwork marble stairs connect three levels.
