Open view house is the original concept of the Modern Farmhouse building. In accordance with the investors’ wishes, after developing this concept, the idea emerged to redesign the building so that, with possibly no structural and functional changes, it would take on the character of a suburban villa. The original concept focused on creating a modern structure, fully glazed on the garden side. A simple geometric form, finished with glass and large format sintered stones.
