When designing a modern villa in Krakow, the main idea was to open the interior to the surroundings. Due to the attractive northern view, among others on the Kościuszko Mound, the day zone of the building is located on the first floor, and thanks to the designated atrium, it is illuminated by southern light. The atrium is fully private, allows you to create a common space on the first floor using opening glass doors and allows access to the roof terrace. On the ground floor, numerous glazing open the recreation and relaxation area to the garden.
The ground floor of the villa is intended mainly for relaxation and recreation. The elegant Men’s Cave opens onto the garage and garden with glass partitions. In the relaxation area there is a bookcase with two comfortable armchairs and an attractive view. The interior has an elegant, modern character. The materials used in this project are primarily sintered ceramics, veneer and glass. Cladding in the form of large-format boards, carefully designed details and high-quality accessories created a coherent, refined space.
