3 LEVELS HOUSE Villa is a house located on a plot with a steep slope. In order to take advantage of the natural shape, the building was divided into three volumes, which were integrated into the terrain at different levels. The way the blocks are positioned relative to each other ensures privacy for the residents. Glazed gable walls and large sliding window openings allowed it to be opened to the natural surroundings. The facades use natural materials that blend in with the landscape, such as larch boards and ceramic sinter with a stone finish. The roof was stripped of its eaves and replaced with a hidden gutter system. The glass skywalks connecting the individual structures are covered with green roofs.
